PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST
SMS fifth annual public speaking contest will be held at Evan Hardy Cllegiate on May 16th from 6pm to 8pm. All parents are welcome.

ISLAMIC FAIR!
Our School annual Islamic fair will be held on May 31st at the IAS GYM. Judging will start at 10:00am and end at 12:30. The fair will be open for public viewing from 2:00pm to 2:30pm. You are all welcome.

FIRST ARABIC PUBLIC SPEAKING CONTEST A SUCCESS
Misbah School was thrilled to hold the first Arabic public speaking competition last month/ Our grade 6 students worked hard in preparation for the competition and we would like to thank them all for participating. We would like to congratulate our winners: Mariam Awad (1st), Adham Al-Edreesi (2nd), Abdul-Razik Mohamed (3rd), Isra Banigesh, Mohamad Asfour, Ahmed Alfoteisy (4th). We would like to thank the parents who came out to support as well as our special guests. We wish all the best to our winners and to everyone who put the effort and we would like to say to everyone who participated that we are very proud.

SCHOOL ARTISTS IFRA KHURRAM AND SUMMAIYA SIDYOT
We are very happy to announce that the art work of Ifra Khurram and Summaya Sidyot has been chosen for this year’s School Art exhibition at the Mendel Art Gallery. Their work will be put on display from March 22nd to May 26th. There will be a free public reception in the gallery on March 24th at 2 p.m. Congratulations to both of them!
